  4. Access Continues: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  5. Data Export: Export your data before the end of the billing period if needed

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email firdaus@fads.com.my with your refund request
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 3 business days
  4. Resolution: We will approve the refund, propose an alternative solution, or provide an explanation if denied
  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
