• Student and instructor management
• Class scheduling and attendance tracking
• Belt grading and progress monitoring
• Multi-location support for martial arts schools
• Payment processing integration
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Parent dashboard for student monitoring
• Support for 20+ martial arts disciplines

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent)

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Free Plan: Available to all martial arts schools with unlimited students and basic features
• Premium Plans: Additional features available through paid subscription plans
• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Curlec) for secure transactions
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of WayOfThe.Art, you agree to:

• Provide accurate student and school information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including COPPA and GDPR
• Obtain necessary parental consent for students under 13
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Maintain appropriate data backups

6. Data Ownership and Rights

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the system, including student records, class schedules, and school information.

Data Export: You can export your data at any time in standard formats.

Data Deletion: Upon account termination, we will delete your data according to our data retention policy and legal obligations.

Platform Rights: We retain ownership of the WayOfThe.Art platform, software, and intellectual property.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our Service to:
